Featured Employee of the Month, August 2026: Totiana Miller Traditions at Reagan Park 

We’re excited to shine a spotlight on Totiana Miller, a dedicated CNA who joined the Traditions at Reagan Park team just last month and has already made a meaningful impact.

"Totiana treats every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect while responding promptly to their needs and offering comfort to residents,” Indi Paysinger, Executive Director, Traditions at Reagan Park.

Totiana was born and raised in Gary, Indiana, and brings her strong family values and warm personality into everything she does. She’s a proud mom of three: Neo (13), Nessiah (15), and Nadia (11), who she describes as the center of her world.

On her days off, you’ll find Totiana relaxing with family and friends, enjoying a good movie, or getting competitive over a game of spades. She also has a creative side: she loves doing hair, a hidden talent that brings her joy.

At work, Totiana finds purpose in providing quality care to residents and cherishes the moments she shares with them. She describes every day as meaningful, filled with kind hearts and great conversations that keep her coming back. She especially enjoys spending time with residents like Louis and Paula, whom she calls “awesome people.”

Totiana says being part of Traditions feels like being part of a wonderful team and we couldn’t agree more. Her positivity, compassion, and commitment to residents make her a valued member of our community.
