Meet Kimberly Caldwell, Traditions' Employee of the Month! Kimberly was born in Texarkana, Texas, and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. Kimberly, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), has worked for Traditions at Reagan Park for seven months.
Family is very important to Kimberly. She and her husband have a 14-year-old son who plays basketball, and on her days off, they enjoy going to practice and games with him.
"I enjoy anything sports-related," said Kimberly. “Playing basketball is my hidden talent. Well, that and the fact that I am a CPR instructor!"
She loves being an instructor, and she's always learning, too. Kimberly's love for learning and the special connection she shares with the residents in the Varietas® neighborhood speak volumes about her compassionate and caring nature. The fact that she values the lessons she learns from the residents showcases her genuine commitment to providing the best care possible.
"I love the teamwork with my coworkers and the amazing residents and their families. Tradition at Reagan Park is an extraordinary place to work," said Kimberly.
