Stretch, smile, and stay active with us! Beginning February 11, join us every Wednesday from 12:00–12:30 PM in the Activity Room for Chair Yoga with Linda. This fun, feel-good class is a great way to move your body, boost flexibility, and relax—no yoga mat required! Wear comfy clothes, bring a friend, and socialize with neighbors while doing something healthy for your body and mind.
